Who provides each service.

This website presents Finyon Wallet, Finyon Pay and related products under the Finyon brand. Finyon Pte. Ltd. (Singapore UEN 202511118R) has a registered address at Level 11, Marina Bay Financial Centre, 8 Marina Boulevard, Singapore 018981. Depending on the product and location, services may also be offered by Finyon Limited in Hong Kong, Finyon Pay Ltd in Canada, another Finyon Financial Group entity or a partner.

The identity of the contracting provider, eligibility, pricing, availability and applicable service terms are set out in the relevant product disclosures and agreements. A reference to a licence or registration for one entity does not extend that status to another entity or every product shown here.

Trademark & intellectual property.

FINYON®, DARAM® and the FINYON logo are registered trademarks of Finyon Pte. Ltd. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation is strictly prohibited. DARAM is a patent-pending solution of Finyon Pte. Ltd.

The DARAM methodology and Transaction Risk Matrix are proprietary Finyon technology. A patent application does not mean a patent has been granted. Website copy, artwork, software and brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view this website for personal or business evaluation, but may not reproduce or use its protected materials without permission.

Privacy notice.

Information we receive

When you contact us through this website, we receive the name, email address, enquiry type and message you submit. The website may also process technical information needed to operate the form, protect it against abuse and maintain security. If you later apply for a service, the responsible provider may request identity, residency, account, transaction and source-of-funds information under a separate application process and privacy notice.

How information is used and shared

We use website enquiry information to respond to you, route your request to the relevant Finyon entity or partner, maintain records, protect the site and meet applicable legal duties. Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information for those purposes. Relevant group companies, technology providers, advisers and authorities may receive information where necessary or required by law. Processing can take place in Singapore and other jurisdictions, subject to applicable safeguards.

Retention, cookies and your rights

Enquiry records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations. Records collected under a product agreement may have different retention periods, including periods required for financial crime compliance. Essential website technologies support operation and security; the contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help detect abuse. Google’s privacy terms are linked beside the form.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about deletion or restriction, object to certain processing or withdraw a consent. Content may change and does not constitute an offer, financial advice, a promise of availability or a guarantee of a particular outcome. You must be at least 18, meet any relevant location and verification requirements, and comply with applicable law before using a financial product. Service access, fees, limits, funding methods, card features, complaints, suspension and cancellation are governed by the agreements and disclosures presented by the responsible provider when you apply or use that service.

You may use this website for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, misuse the contact form or copy protected content. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy practices apply. Digital asset prices may be volatile and can decline substantially. Network delays, technical incidents, liquidity conditions, security threats, changes in law and irreversible transfers can cause loss. A risk scan or score is a decision aid; it cannot detect every risk or guarantee that a transfer or asset is safe. Review the applicable product disclosures before making a transaction.
